About Me

From a young age, I’ve always been passionate about helping others, which naturally led me to a rewarding career in nursing that spanned over twelve years.

​

In 2012, after experiencing significant life changes, I felt a deep calling to explore a more holistic approach to healing. This sparked my journey into studying various wellness modalities, including energy healing, Pilates, and an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching.

​

More recently, I earned a Life Coaching certification, where I gained valuable tools to support others in breaking free from their limitations and shifting their mindset. In parallel, I have been pursuing advanced studies in Breathwork, further equipping me to assist people on their healing journeys.

My mission is to guide individuals who feel lost or overwhelmed, helping them reconnect with their inner selves and empowering them to take inspired action toward a life that aligns with their true potential. Through powerful tools and a compassionate approach, I strive to support others in their path to self-healing, growth, and transformation.
